This is a high quality hotel with excellent staff. Our room felt very luxurious. The pool with many loungers is a real benefit. The quality of staff, service and food is top notch.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life! Staff were so helpful, food was amazing, beds very comfortable and entire vibe of the hotel a 1000/10! The breakfast especially was amazing. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience at the restaurant! The fillet steak was absolutely the best we’ve ever had – perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the evening even more enjoyable. Beautiful hotel. Love the large rooms. Pool area is delightful. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly amazing. Spa therapist gave a superb massage. All round a fabulous stop over.

Amazing experience!! The Grand Hotel & Restaurant in Robertson is a real classic. Beautiful old building, comfortable rooms, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. The pool and swimming area are a real highlight and definitely memorable. Great food and genuinely warm service. One of those places that feels special without trying too hard. Highly highly recommend!

An incredible hidden gem in Robertson. We spent two nights at The Grand Hotel to escape the city, and it delivered exactly what we were looking for. The service was outstanding, with staff who were attentive, genuinely friendly, and very hands on throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the town and nearby activities, and the surrounding wine farms are conveniently close without requiring long drives. A truly enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel, arguably the best in Robertson. Has a nice small pool, rooms are spacious with large bathrooms, with colonial style. The restaurant has great food with very reasonable prices, breakfast wise, although there are not many options, the quality is good. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. Only suggestion would be to open the hotel gates earlier, I went on a run at 6am and they were shut (from what I could understand open at 7am, probably because of security reasons), had to climb the wall to leave the hotel.
