Pet Services
Dog walkers available for R180 per 45-minute session (up to 2 pets).
Pawfect pet sitters subject to availability.
Pet Policy
Maximum of 2 dogs, any size is welcome.
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, except in the executive cottage. They are restricted to the following areas: front of hotel & front garden, pool area, wine bar & outside restaurant.
Pets should be older than 1 year.
Must be on a leash during housekeeping activities.
Pawfect Food
Special four legged friend menu available at the pool veranda.
Bookings for the restaurant can be made directly with the hotel.
Terms & Conditions
A R500 refundable deposit required upon booking.
Minimum 2-night stay.
Any damage caused by a Pawfect guest will be for the owner's own account.
Any compensation The Grand Hotel has to give to other guests due to your pets disturbance will be for your account.
The pet owner hereby represents to The Grand Hotel Robertson that, in the event their Pawfect guest bites, scratches, or causes injury to any person or animal while on hotel premises, the owner agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless The Grand Hotel Robertson from any and all liability arising from such an incident. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and any other related costs incurred by the hotel.
